Frequently asked questions

What are points?: You can earn points by purchasing products on this site.
Points will be awarded according to the amount of your purchase and your membership rank.
Accumulated points can be used when making purchases, with 1 point = 1 yen.

* Points will not be awarded for points used at the time of purchase.
*When ordering a regular service, purchase points will be awarded but cannot be used.
(Available only for first-time applications )

Where can I check my points?: You can check your current points from your My Page.

Do points have an expiration date?: Points are valid for one year from the date they were last earned or used.
(The additional points you can earn during the point-up campaign will expire in 90 days.)
Please note that points will be automatically invalidated if the expiration date is exceeded.

I want to check the points I used: You can check your points history by going to "View points history" on your My Page.

What is the point allocation rate by rank?: Please refer to the member rank benefits below for the point allocation rates for each rank.
*If you are a subscription member, you will be placed in the same rank as a Diamond member.

I want to know my current membership rank: It is displayed on my page.
The conditions for reaching the next rank are also displayed at the same time, so please refer to them.

I can't use my points: If you order a subscription service, purchase points will be awarded but cannot be used (although they can be used the first time).
