Points Rules

Article 1 (Purpose)

1. These terms and conditions stipulate the terms and conditions under which LuLugroup Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "our company") provides the points service (hereinafter referred to as "this service") to members (hereinafter referred to as "members") who have registered as members in accordance with the point system rules (hereinafter referred to as "rules").
2. Any matters concerning this service that are not stipulated in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the club rules.

Article 2 (Points Granting)

1. Our company will award "points" (hereinafter referred to as "Points") to Members when they purchase goods or use services at the eloge official online store (hereinafter referred to as "this Shop") in a manner designated by our company, or when our company deems it appropriate.
2. The services and transactions eligible for point allocation (hereinafter referred to as "Eligible Transactions"), the point allocation rate, and other conditions for point allocation will be determined by the Company and will be notified to Members on the relevant page of the designated website.
3. Points will be awarded when the applicable transaction is completed and the product is shipped. If the Company confirms that the applicable transaction has been canceled or returned, points will not be awarded for the applicable transaction, and if the price of the applicable transaction has changed, points will be awarded according to the new purchase amount.
4. The final decision on whether or not to award points for a transaction, the number of points to be awarded, and other matters regarding the awarding of points shall be made by our company.

Article 3 (Point Management)

1. The Company will notify the Member of the number of points that the Member has earned, the number of points that the Member has used, and the remaining number of points, in a manner specified by the Company.
2. If a Member has any doubts regarding the number of points referred to in the preceding paragraph, he/she shall immediately contact the Company and explain the details.
3. The final decision regarding the number of points under paragraph 1 shall be made by our company.

Article 4 (Prohibition of combining points and multiple registrations)

1. Members may not transfer or pawn their points to other Members, nor may they share or combine points between other Members.
2. If a Member has multiple membership registrations, the points held by the Member cannot be combined.

Article 5 (Cancellation and Expiration of Points)

1. After points have been awarded by our company, if there is a return, cancellation, or other reason that our company deems appropriate for canceling the awarding of points in relation to the applicable transaction, our company may cancel the points awarded for the applicable transaction.
2. If the Company determines that a Member falls under any of the following items, the Company may cancel all or part of the Points held by the Member without prior notice to the Member.
(1) If illegal or fraudulent activity has occurred
(2) If there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions, the Club Rules, or other rules and regulations established by the Company
(3) Any other reason that the Company deems appropriate to revoke points granted to a Member.
3. Points will automatically expire if they exceed the validity period set by our company (one year from the date of issuance, and 90 days from the date of issuance for additional points during the point-up period).
4. We will not provide any compensation and shall not be liable for any points that have been cancelled or expired.

Article 6 (Use of points for payment)

1. Members may use their points to pay for all or part of the payment at the Shop (including product price, shipping fee, handling fee and/or consumption tax; the same applies below) in a manner specified by our company, using the conversion method and rate specified by our company.
2. We may restrict the services, products, etc. that are eligible for point usage under paragraph 1, or impose conditions on point usage.
3. If a Member cancels a payment made pursuant to paragraph 1, in principle the points used for said payment will be refunded, but no cash refund will be made.
4. If a member uses points to pay the full amount of the payment and the amount is subsequently reduced for any reason, the points or cash will be refunded in accordance with the preceding paragraph. If a member uses points to pay part of the payment and the amount is subsequently reduced for any reason, the amount will first be refunded using another payment method, and if that method is still insufficient to cover the amount that requires a refund, the shortfall will be refunded in points or cash in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
5. If the payment amount is increased for any reason after the Member has used points to pay the payment amount, the Member shall pay the increased amount by another payment method. However, if the Member has used points to pay the entire payment amount and has chosen to use all of his/her points for payment, the Member shall use the points held by the Member first to pay the increased amount, and if the remaining points are insufficient to cover the increased amount, the Member shall pay the shortfall by another payment method.
6. In the event that a Member has used all of his/her points to pay for a transaction, if new points are awarded to or returned to the Member within a certain period of time specified by the Company after the transaction, the awarded or returned points will also be automatically applied to the payment of the transaction.

Article 7 (Accidents, etc.)

In the event of an accident such as delay, loss, theft, damage or breakage during or after delivery of the product or service that is the subject of payment under Article 6, the Company shall not be liable and may not be able to refund points unless the accident is due to reasons attributable to the Company.

Article 8 (Cancellation of points after they have been used)

If a Member uses points for a settlement pursuant to Article 6 and the points are then cancelled pursuant to Article 5, Paragraphs 1 or 2, the transaction that is the subject of the settlement (hereinafter referred to as the "Point Use Transaction") may be cancelled or put on hold. If a Member has already executed or is about to execute a Point Use Transaction, the Member shall immediately pay to the Company the shortfall resulting from the cancellation of the points in cash or by a payment method designated by the Company.

Article 9 (Non-redeemable into cash)

Members cannot redeem points for cash under any circumstances.

Condition 10 (Use by Third Parties)

1. Points must be used by the Member himself/herself and cannot be used by any third party other than the Member in question.
2. The Company will consider the use of points through a specific membership number to be the use of the member who owns that membership number. Even if the use is fraudulent by a third party, the Company will not refund the points used and will not be liable for any damages incurred by the member.

Article 11 (Termination or Suspension of Membership)

If a Member loses his/her membership status, he/she will lose all points he/she has, the right to exchange them for benefits, and all other rights related to the use of the Service, and he/she will not acquire any claims against the Company as a result of the loss of his/her status.

Article 12 (Disclaimer)

We will do our best to operate this service based on the current state of the technology, but we cannot guarantee that there will be no problems. We shall not be liable for any interruption, delay, or cessation of the system or loss of data due to failures in communication lines or computers, failures in point usage, damages caused by unauthorized access to data, or other damages incurred by members in relation to this service.

Article 13 (Changes to the Service)

1. The Company may change these Terms, the contents of the Service, or the conditions for providing the Service (including, but not limited to, abolishing points, suspending point allocation, changing target sites or transactions, and changing point allocation rates or usage rates) without prior notice to the Member, and may terminate or suspend the Service. Members agree to this in advance.
2. We shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage suffered by a member as a result of the changes in the preceding paragraph.
