How do I build a K-beauty routine if I'm just starting out?
The layering method follows a simple principle — go from thinnest to thickest texture. A beginner routine can be just four steps: cleanser, hydrating toner, moisturizer, and SPF in the morning. From there, you can layer in essences, serums, and targeted treatments as your skin tells you what it needs.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Many of our formulations are designed with sensitive skin in mind — particularly our Centella, Heartleaf, and Cica-based products, which are formulated to soothe redness, calm irritation, and strengthen the skin barrier. Each product page lists its full ingredient list and skin type compatibility. If you have specific sensitivities or allergies, we always recommend patch-testing a new product on your inner forearm for 24 hours before applying to your face.
Can I layer different products from your store together?
Yes — that's how our products are designed to be used. Most of our formulations are created to layer harmoniously, allowing you to customize your routine to your skin's needs. The general layering order is: cleanser → toner → essence → serum/ampoule → eye cream → moisturizer → SPF (AM) or sleeping mask (PM). For best results, wait 30-60 seconds between each layer to let it absorb. If you're combining strong actives like Vitamin C, retinol, or AHA/BHA, we recommend alternating between morning and evening rather than layering them all at once.
How long does it take to see results?
Hydration and glow can often be noticed quickly, while concerns like dark spots, texture, or fine lines may take several weeks of consistent use. Skincare works best with patience and regular care.
Do I need sunscreen every day?
Yes. Sunscreen is one of the most important steps in any skincare routine. Use it every morning, even on cloudy days or when staying indoors near windows.

Yes. Before applying a new product to your face, apply a small amount to a discreet area of skin and wait 24 hours. This helps you see how your skin responds before adding it to your routine.
What should I do if my skin reacts to a product?
Stop using the product and rinse your skin with water. Keep your routine simple and gentle while your skin settles. If irritation continues or feels severe, we recommend speaking with a healthcare professional.

What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item. Our support team will review it and help make things right.
Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
We ship across Canada and the United States, with orders typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping to Canadian addresses takes 3-7 business days, and US orders arrive in 5-10 business days. Free standard shipping is included on orders over $50. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
Do you offer international shipping outside North America?
At this time, we ship exclusively within Canada and the United States to ensure the freshest possible products reach our customers.
